Jodel is a location-based anonymous mobile app providing a real time newsfeed of your area. With nearly 1 million users in Germany, Sweden, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland we’re spreading fast across universities throughout Europe to eventually enable local communication worldwide.

Become a Jodler and join the team as our new Android Developer! You will have a crucial role in creating an innovative content platform currently aimed at university students. Get creative and work with a young and experienced team in the epicenter of Europe’s startup scene, Berlin.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have good understanding of SOLID and use it in your daily practice.
• You have in-depth knowledge about clean architecture and patterns e.g. MVVM / MVP
• You are passionate about TDD. Espresso, Mockito, AssertJ should be your best friends always watching your back.
• You have hands-on experience with Dagger2, RxJava, RxBind, EventBus.
• You like pair-programming and will to embrace agile with your heart.
• You always keep yourself up to date about language, tools that make your life easier (Refer us to your pet project in Github repo).

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• experience with BDD (Cumcumber and Gherkin).
• experience with maintaining CI for Android project
